Lá Glas

This year we celebrated ‘Lá Glas’ with a parade in the yard that morning for our parents. Later in the day, the whole school gathered to sing some songs they learned ‘As Gaeilge’ and perform the dances they had been working on; ‘Cha, Cha Slide as Gaeilge’, ‘An Dreoilín’ and ‘Shoe the Donkey’.

Lá Glas ended a fantastic Seachtain na Gaeilge in the school. Well done to our Gaeilge team from rang a sé who gave shamrocks to the children they heard ‘ag caint as gaeilge’!
